2009 - Celebrating 125 Years of Football History

A resolute Cables battled their way to a first away day
clean sheet this season and a hard-earned point at
Wincham Park on Good Friday.After an uneventful
opening 20 minutes the first real action arrived on 23
minutes as Cables defender Rob McIntosh expertly
blocked two Witton crosses inside the Cables area.
