The stadium looks like they've
put a lot of effort into tidying it
up. Its all been white-washed.
and is bright enough. The Club
House is stymied by the fact
that it is so small. At Cables
we are spoilt really (believe it
or not) by the facilities.
Nevertheless they sold
refreshments there and thats
what counts.
Richard - You are a foot
soldier in the Army -pull
yourself together lad! Dont
do that outside the Gents.
Frickley were advertising a Darts exhibition. However on closer
inspection it was going to be held elsewhere. Nevertheless £4 didnt
seem a bad price and might be an idea for Cables in the closed
season.
There had been some pre-match reports about the Frickley fraternity, however, I found those that I spoke
with to be very friendly - the barman, the half time ticket draw sales bod and the snak bar lady who were all
incidently trying to sell me something.
