There area number of Supporters and people involved
with Cables that have history with the Club. None more
so than George Hayward, Club President. That position
was granted due to George's unselfish work for the
Club. In George's own words about being involved with
Cables, "Its not just something you do for 12 months -
you need to be part of the team and its very hard work".
Prescot Cables has recently become a Community
Interest Football Club. We have arrived at this position
not just because of the work of those who are actively
involved now but also due to the efforts of previous
volunteers like George.
